Meet the Staff

Meet Zo, our office Administrator for 32 years.  She lives in Tri-Cities, Washington and works remotely.  She has been married for 49 years and has 2 grown children and 3 granddaughters.  Zo loves being present for all of her granddaughters' activities and enjoys gardening, reading, golfing, and a good movie.

Meet Marla, our Bookkeeper for 20 years who works remotely from Beaverton, OR. She has been married 52 years. Her daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandchildren live nearby and she cherishes all of the special time they get to spend together. She also enjoys reading, gardening and sharing time with other family and friends.

Meet our Back Office Assistant, Suzi, of 15 years. She has been married for 38 years and has two sons, one daughter, and six grandchildren. Suzi is active in her church and enjoys crafting, shopping, planting flowers and sharing these activities with her grandchildren.

Meet Christen, our Office Manager. She has worked for the practice for 14 years. She is a proud mother of 2 boys and a furbaby Chewy. She enjoys fishing, camping, playing video games with her boys and spending time with family and friends.

Meet Cinthia, our Medical Assistant and Front Office Receptionist. She enjoys spending time with family, meeting new people, and going to the beach.  She is a proud mother of a son and a daughter.

Meet Sara, our Medical Assistant.  Sara grew up in Hermiston where she lives with her husband.  Sara enjoys her hobby farm full of animals and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at her church.

Meet Devin, our Administrative Assistant and Front Office Receptionist.  Devin lives in Tri-Cities, Washington, with her family.  She has 3 beautiful daughters who keep her very busy.  Devin enjoys trips with her family, attending her daughters' activities, and a good movie.

Cheryl is coordinator of patient and community relations and is dedicated to letting the community know about what Dr. Carlson and the Hermiston Family Foot Clinic can do to improve the foot health of everyone in the area.  Cheryl met Dr. Carlson when they were both in college in Moorhead, Minnesota, and have been together ever since!   They are a good team and enjoy visiting their four grown children.

Cheryl, a retired music teacher and current substitute teacher,  is active in local arts organizations and her church. She loves to be outside, whether it’s in the yard, at the beach, or wherever her travels may take her.
